Thursday 24 January Outing

Lee Valley Tools

Wednesday, April 24, our last group of 20 members will meet at 1000 Morrison Drive at the Veritas Tools Machine Shop. The shop is situated right beside the Lee Valley store on the corner of Pinecrest Rd and Morrison Drive. Parking and the entrance door is at the back of the building. Please arrive around 9:50 am for a scheduled 10:00 am start.

Note: We are required to wear closed-toe shoes. the company will provide safety glasses. Lunch following the tour is close by at Big Rig's Kitchen and Brewery at 2750 Iris Rd.

Due to significant interest by our members, we are continuing to maintain a sign-up sheet in case of cancellations even though this tour already fully booked. If interested or cancelling, contact Ruth Wakeford at social@probuswesternottawa.ca or speak to her at one of our meetings.

Thursday 26 May Outing

Mid-spring walk at Chapman Mills Conservation Area

This walk is about one kilometre long and hugs the shoreline of the Rideau River along Prince of Wales Drive in the south part of the city.

Our last outing for the season will be a visit to the historic town of Perth and is planned for mid-to-late-June.
